Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as attention to detail and responsiveness to clients and colleagues. Compensation is percentage-based, and our low-overhead model allows us to offer highly competitive packages. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.
Patent Attorney / Patent Agent – Electrical Engineering / Semiconductor
We are seeking an experienced patent attorney with a background in electrical engineering for full-time employment. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and at least five years of full-time experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to electrical engineering, computer engineering, software, and/or semiconductor manufacturing processes and devices. Experience with semiconductor packaging and processing technologies is highly valued. Prior in-house counsel, litigation, litigation support, and/or inter partes review (IPR) experience are preferred. We are also interested in lateral attorneys who bring a modest book of business.
Lateral Patent Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced, inventive patent litigator to join our team and play a chief role in leading the growth of our litigation practice group, which includes attorneys with experience as patent litigators at some of the country's top litigation firms, including Fish & Richardson, Finnegan Henderson, and Baker Botts. A modest, portable book of business ($300K+) is strongly preferred, with the goal of quickly leveraging our model to multiply the client base.
